Happy Father’s Day to all of our AmeriDads!
Nearly one-third of the AmeriTech team are fathers. Every day, they balance the responsibilities of work, family, and showing up for the people who matter most.
Whether it's helping with homework, coaching a team, making it to a school event, or simply being present at the end of a long day, fatherhood takes dedication, patience, and care. We see those same qualities reflected in the way our dads support their coworkers, serve our customers, and contribute to our team.
Today, we're grateful for all of the fathers at AmeriTech and the many ways they make a difference both at work and at home.
Happy Father's Day!

Today we honor Juneteenth, a day that marks a pivotal moment in American history and serves as a reminder of the ongoing journey toward freedom and equality.
It is a time to reflect, recognize the resilience of Black communities, and celebrate the progress that has been made while acknowledging the work that remains. By learning from the past, we can continue moving forward together.

🇺🇸 Today we celebrate Flag Day and the values that unite us as Americans.
We are proud to sponsor several flags as part of Downtown Middletown's annual flag display program. Thanks to the Middletown Fire Department, the City's Alarm Division, the Central Business Bureau/Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, and the downtown business community, Main Street is once again lined with American flags in a beautiful display of patriotism and community pride.
As we look ahead to our nation's 250th anniversary, this tradition serves as a reminder of our shared history, the freedoms we cherish, and the spirit that brings us together.
On this Flag Day, we proudly join our community in honoring the American flag and all it represents. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Today, we celebrate the 251st Birthday of the United States Army.
Since 1775, generations of soldiers have answered the call to serve, standing ready to defend our nation and uphold the ideals on which it was founded. Their legacy is woven into the story of America, from the fight for independence to the challenges of the present day.
For 251 years, the Army has helped secure the freedoms upon which our nation was founded. From winning our nation's independence in the Revolutionary War to supporting missions around the world today, soldiers continue to make a difference wherever they are needed. The values forged through that service continue to shape leaders and strengthen communities across the country.
AmeriTech is proud to honor the soldiers and veterans who have answered the call to serve, and the Army families who have supported them every step of the way. Their dedication has helped safeguard our nation and left a lasting impact on generations of Americans.
Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Army. 🇺🇸

Three women. Three military journeys. One powerful message: Believe in yourself and serve with purpose. 🇺🇸
⭐ Amy joined the military to be part of something bigger than herself. From loading weapons on A-10 aircraft to serving as a jet engine mechanic and later in leadership roles, she built a career defined by hard work and determination. Despite being told women didn't belong in her field, she used those words as motivation to excel. Her advice to women considering military service: “DO IT!” The pride, confidence, friendships, and purpose she gained through service made it the best decision she ever made.
⭐ Lisa carried on a family legacy of military service, serving eight years in the Army Reserves and National Guard and rising from Private to First Lieutenant. As Executive Officer of a Medical Clearing Company, she helped ensure wounded soldiers received critical care. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from Officer Candidate School as one of only four women in her class. Her advice to women considering military service: Believe in yourself, trust your team, and never let others define your place.
⭐ Kellyann was inspired by her father's Navy service and joined to create an adventure of her own. After boot camp, she became part of one of the first groups of women assigned to live and work aboard Navy ships. Her experiences taught her perseverance, adaptability, teamwork, and confidence—lessons that continue to guide her today. Her advice to women considering military service: Embrace new challenges and believe in your ability to succeed.
