At LaRosa Building Group, we are committed to reducing environmental impact through sustainable building practices, waste reduction, and supporting LEED-certified projects that strengthen our communities.
📸 Pictured: The Hollander Foundation Center in Hartford, Connecticut. This historic renovation transformed the former capitol building into 70 mixed-income housing units and 13,000 SF of commercial space. The project became Connecticut's first LEED® Certified multifamily housing development and ultimately achieved LEED® Gold certification.
