Due to a sore throat and losing her voice Benita is unable to teach tonight’s class.
We are rescheduling tonight’s TRX + Bachata session to Thursday, July 9th at 5:30 PM.
Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone for tonight’s make up session July 9th. for a fun evening of fitness and dance! 💃❤️

Benita has been dancing since childhood and has a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. She is a Pilates instructor teaching in both New York City and Connecticut, bringing her energy, experience, and love of wellness to every class.
