Summer ball is in full swing! Feel blessed to lead this team of hardworking, unselfish and resilient players. Had an awesome time playing at UMASS and URI the past weekend. Thank you to Connecticut Riptide for giving us the opportunity to showcase our talents.

These guys started the summer slow but didn't give up on each other and ended up winning 12 out of the last 15 games to get into the ESTL Championship game. It was truly a special team for me for so many reasons. Felt like every one of these boys are my own. It was more than a team..it was family. #2024 ✌🏽

It's been a pleasure working with Carlos this week. He's a coachable 11 year old who wants to put in the work to get better. This was his first session with us. We worked on being balanced, grounded, hip rotation and finishing his swing. The first two videos he was falling all over the batters box. In the next two he was in control of his lower half and was finishing his swing. Check out the progression.

Great interview. It continues to validate my stance on showcases. If your son isn't in the top 5% in metrics, its a waste of money. If your son's metrics aren't good then having them broadcast for coaches to see will hurt him in the recruiting process for colleges.
