When we first started our journey we had high hopes. We were told we didn't need sprinklers for the sq footage on the first floor. We have worked very hard for over a year to move our store in. We were planning on a 3D archery range to include an archery league and have school programs. We were planning on stocking the pond on the property to do a kid's derby. The Meredith fire chief is requiring us to sprinkler the entire building, which was not what we were told at the beginning. We were told we could move in first floor and as we grew to the other floors they would need sprinklers as we expand. So the building is back on the market, but with a lot of work and looks great.

We have come along way. We took down walls and pipes, ripped out carpet, replaced sheetrock, insulation and lights. Dale just finished, last picture, the floors. They look great. Just trying to get occupancy permit and we will be in.
