Little Oven Pizza

Traditional NY style pizzeria. Pizza by the slice, and by the pizza. Little Oven is owned by two longterm friends, Thaddeus Raczkowski and Daniel Verechia.

At Little Oven anything that can be made from scratch will be. Every batch of dough will be from our own original recipe and hand tossed. From sauce to sausage, everything we put on our pizzas will be hand crafted and sourced right here in California’s Central Valley.
