Baking is my passion and I love to create one of a kind custom cakes and treats for all occasions. Though I am mostly self taught, I have trained in the baking and pastry arts, and I love to apply classic techniques to my recipes while providing fresh new cake design ideas. I make all cakes, fillings, and frosting's from scratch(you won't find any box mixes or prepared frosting here!), as well as hand make all my decorative elements. I can work with virtually any medium to create a one of kind celebration cake!
