Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Managment, Finance, Human Resources and/or Safety Compliance.

Responsibilities:
-Scheduling jobs, maintaining job site records
- Developing & tracking project budgets, expenses and income
- Developing & tracking project objectives & metrics
-Creating and updating Jobber and customer records
- Maintaining employee records, training schedules, project assignments
-Processing and maintaining employee project safety records, keeping daily tallies of employee headcounts and safety record signatures
- Organizing and maintaining MS SharePoint sites
- Recordkeeping and archiving
- Editing and updating forms, procedure docs
- Compiling documents and records for annual compliance reports
- Maintaining employee records in ISNetworld, ARCOs, ADP and other web-based platforms
- Being a general bada$$ who likes to get things done.
- Immediate promotion available for the right candidate who has: Experience/ability to edit or write safety policy, develop safety programs, has background in HR or compliance law
-Experience working in the tree, vegetation management, utility or construction industries is a plus
