Gateway Quilters Guild

Join our Quilting Guild! Every third Monday, 6-8 PM doors open at 5:30pm at Hoffmeister Center, Merced, 1920 Canal Street in Merced. First meeting is free.

Enjoy fun, learn new skills, and give back to our community. Open to all, no experience needed. We meet monthly to share our quilts and their stories, to hear regionally and nationally known quilters tell their sagas, and to learn new techniques in guild-sponsored workshops. We are committed to celebrating and preserving the quilting arts in our community. One of the guild’s major activities is making and distributing quilts throughout the community to needy children and adults.

Hello friends. We wanted to share a little hidden gem right here in our community.

Have you ever wondered if there’s a local group dedicated to the beautiful, timeless art of quilting? Well, we are here! For those who might not know, a quilt guild is a community of people who share a deep passion for sewing, fabric arts, and quilting. Come out to our Quilt Show, speak to one of our lovely members Saturday, September 26th! Don’t be shy ☺️

Would you like to go to an outdoor quilt show? Come meet us Saturday, September 26th from 10:00am to 3:00pm. 2860-2899 Forist Lane off of North Bear Creek in Merced. Adult entry is $10 children 12 and under are free. This is a beautiful outdoor display of quilts.

Would you like to see more of our featured artist quilts? Come and meet Phyllis at our quilt show September 26th from 10:00am-3:00pm just type in the address 2860-2899 Forist Lane off of Bear Creek and follow the quilt show signs. Entry fee $10 for adults children 12 and under are free.
