We are so excited about our adaptive yoga program! Our studio is an approved vendor with the Central Valley Regional Center, so if you are a CVRC client and are interested in yoga, contact us for more information about our classes! We can’t wait to meet you!

At Grounded, I will always do my best to bring new and useful tools to my friends/ members. I’m so excited to be at the Lodi Yoga Fest this weekend. I attended some amazing classes today. I wish I would have taken a before pic, but the pic below is after I got my butt kicked in the most fun power vinyasa class. I can’t wait to bring everything I’ve learned back to the studio, but most of all, I’m grateful to be here in this moment.
