New latte. Summer Breeze an iced coconut latte with a citrusy yuzu vanilla cream top. Imagine you’re on an island chillin at the beach. So refreshing!

I just want to say thank you to everyone that has been stopping by the studio to have a coffee with us lately. I’m so grateful for all of your support. I take pride and pour my heart and soul into every drink. It’s always a pleasure serving coffee and starting the day out right. Merced has a growing coffee community and I’m happy to be a part of it. Let’s keep it going and support local.

New latte inspired by those yummy polvorones. This is a buttery strawberry latte that hits home. Made with fresh locally grown strawberries.

New coffee! This will be our main coffee for a while. I’m really enjoying the brightness this coffee brings to the cup.

Organic
Washed process
1700-2100 masl

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, Castilla, Colombia, Gesha, F8 and Tabi

Flavor profile: Orange Zest, Mango, Cola, Eucalyptus, Cocoa

The pour over reminds us to slow down. To be present now. To consume less and appreciate what we already have. So yes you have time. There’s no rush.

You might be curious about trying something new. It’s intimidating I get it. But there’s no pressure let’s just have a conversation about coffee.

The not so “basic” Vanilla Latte. Probably one of the most underrated. This syrup is always made from real ingredients. Using Piloncillo sugar for a dark rich flavor. Vanilla bean comes from Veracruz Mexico.

We are back with Coffee & Vinyl Sessions!! This started out a few years ago in my garage some of you may remember. We had one session at the studio so this will be the second session at the studio.
