Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Modesto & Fresno, CA (Travel between both locations required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Must be available for OT and some weekends
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hr (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recruiter to join our team! This role supports recruitment operations across our Modesto and Fresno offices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various roles
Manage onboarding and compliance documentation
Maintain job postings and recruitment pipelines
Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal staff
Participate in orientations, job fairs, and hiring events
Travel between Fresno and Modesto as needed
Assist with urgent staffing needs and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
Recruiting, staffing
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office/ATS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and organizational ability
Critical thinker with high attention to detail
Self-care in the quality of work and proactive attitude
Must be a team player who thrives under pressure
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Position:

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Direct Hire Position
Location: 2 Locations - Livingston, CA & Hughson, CA
Payrate: $23.16- $32.68 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends and overtime availability)
Shift: Graves 10pm must be open to OT
Duties:

There may be fabrication, welding, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical work.
In charge of preventative maintenance program which include cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, visual inspections, minor repairs and calibrations necessary to maintain equipment, machinery, and associated hardware at required intervals.
Troubleshoot and perform major mechanical repairs such as changing motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, sprockets, pulleys and many other aspects of a mechanical repair.
Prioritize repairs of any urgent safety or food safety concerns. Record keeping of all repairs and maintenance checks.
Requirements:

At least 2 yrs of work experience in the food manufacturing industry, repairing and maintain packaging equipment, electrical controls, and ancillary equipment.
Valid Driver License and driving record.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, hours, and overtime when required
Ability to properly lift, push and pull up to 75lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces, at high elevations, atop ladder or man lift, on the roof, and underneath equipment.
