Building relationships with your local industry is the best thing you can do for your students and the longevity and relevance of your programs.

Through partnerships, you'll create pathways for your students and help them see that the skills they're learning in school are the same skills needed in industry.

Between Whitehall School District, WI and Ashley Furniture Industries the relationship was founded on having real conversations about how to effectively prepare the next generation of skilled talent.

By investing in industry-grade equipment and aligning with Smart Automation Certification Alliance - SACA this continual partnership will benefit the entire ecosystem of the education-to-industry pipeline.

Great educators never stop learning. In areas like the trades, getting hands-on experience with the new technologies and skills needed for the workforce helps them create stronger opportunities for their students.

These instructors took a few days out of their summer to get hands-on training with FANUC America Corporation robots to better support their students and introduce new technology within their school.

It's not that students don't want to learn; it's that they just need a different approach. At Whitehall School District, WI students get to take responsibility for their learning and jump right in, and they love it.

When students can see the value and the connection between what they're learning and their career, it means so much more. It makes them want to take the initiative and invest in their education because they know it will be worthwhile.

Not every hands-on learning tool needs to be a full training system. Supplementing your program with things like cutaways and dissectibles helps students understand concepts from a different perspective.

Using training resources from DAC Worldwide, students can visualize, identify, and better understand real industrial components and systems.

These types of resources are a great way to support existing curriculum, enhance demonstrations, and give students another layer of hands-on interaction with industry equipment without taking apart other systems.

Thereโ€™s a ripple effect when you start a training program like the one at Michael Foods. When one technician learns how to troubleshoot, the rest of the team begins improving alongside them.

When technicians leave the training facility, they bring those skills back to the plant floor and start improving operations immediately.

Using both Amatrol Inc. hands-on trainers and eLearning, the training environment becomes a place where employees can practice, troubleshoot, and build confidence before applying those skills on the manufacturing floor.

๐ŸšจBig news: We're expanding access to FANUC America Corporation robotics and CNC training solutions for industrial employers!

For 15 years, weโ€™ve worked alongside education to help build robotics & CNC programs that connect students to advanced manufacturing careers.

Now, industrial employers can bring FANUC training systems directly into their own facilities for workforce development, incumbent worker training, apprenticeship support and internal technical training programs.

It's all about expanding the ecosystem of training for individuals interested in advanced manufacturing and strengthening the education - workforce pipeline.
