We’re excited to welcome Mr. Jacob Kundert to Trinity as our new Middle School Social Studies teacher!

Mr. Kundert began his teaching journey here at Trinity in 2025 as a student teacher under Mr. Nimmer. He then served at First Immanuel Lutheran School as a Physical Education Teacher, Christian Faith Teacher, and Assistant Athletic Director, while also coaching middle school and youth athletics in the Cedarburg area.

He earned his degree in Secondary Education Social Studies from Concordia University Wisconsin, along with studies in Theology and Biblical Languages. He holds a Wisconsin teaching license in 4th–12th grade Social Studies.

Jacob is passionate about creating a welcoming classroom where every student is supported, and about teaching from a clear Christian worldview that connects faith and learning.

He steps into the role previously held by Mr. Aidan O’Donnell, who has accepted a call to serve at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School. We give thanks for Mr. O’Donnell’s ministry and pray God’s blessings on his new call.

We rejoice with Jennifer Khoelisho, a Trinity Freistadt alum, as she graduates from Milwaukee Lutheran as Valedictorian of the Class of 2026.

We give thanks for the ways God has guided her steps, shaped her character, and grown her gifts throughout her time in school and in leadership.
