I recently read a book that said “there is enough clothes currently on the planet to clothe the next SIX generations.” Isn’t that wild? 😳
I found this handmade beauty at a thrift store. It obviously didn’t work for the original maker and also didn’t work for me either. However, I did save the yarn for a future project!

Before and after!
We are in full snow day protocol over here. ❄️❄️❄️
The day started before 6am ( we have an early bird child). So far we have:
- snuggled and read every book in the house
-tucked in all the stuffies so they can be cozy
-recreated A Christmas Story so Mama could shovel
-now are enjoying a cup “warm chocolate”

Today’s project is to take apart this sweater.
I found this handmade beauty at an estate sale a few years ago and it just never fit me right. The yarn is wool and so worth saving. Stay tuned!

Today I’m grateful for dental insurance, sunshine, and coffee gift cards.
Took the kids for their dentist appointments and figured I deserved a treat for that. 😆
