Exciting Leadership Transition at Behavioral Wellness Group

After 16 years of dedicated leadership, Dr. John Glovan is transitioning from his role as Director of our Health & Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

We are deeply grateful for Dr. Glovan's vision, commitment, and compassion in developing and growing this program, helping countless individuals achieve greater emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness throughout the years.

Effective July 11, 2026, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Barbara Ballash will assume the role of Director of the Health & Wellness IOP. For nearly six years, Dr. Ballash has worked alongside Dr. Glovan, playing an integral role in the program's success. She will also continue overseeing our psychology trainees and supervisees. We are confident that her leadership will ensure the continued excellence, integrity, and growth of the program.
