She started with a 20" vertical at the end of February, and hit 25.1" today! Not too shabby for finding 2x a week through her club season, college invites, and finals week.

Want to jump higher? Skip the calf raises. Do these 3 instead.
Your vertical jump isn't built on isolation work. It's built on STRENGTH + UPPER BODY DRIVE + REACTIVE POWER.
Here are the top 3 exercises we use at WSP to add inches to our athletes' verticals:
1️⃣ FRONT SQUAT — Builds the quad and core strength that powers every jump. If you can't squat heavy, you can't jump high.
2️⃣ PULL-UP — Arm swing adds inches to your vertical. Pull-ups build the upper body pulling power most athletes ignore.
3️⃣ DEPTH DROP — Trains your body to absorb force fast and react. Strength is nothing without explosiveness.
Do these consistently with the right programming, and watch your vertical climb.
