She cooks. She laughs. She causes occasional trouble. And we’ve learned it’s best to just let her do her thing. 😂

We’re a little neighborhood Bistro & Bar where the food gets a little fancy, the cocktails get a little dangerous, and strangers have a funny habit of becoming friends.

Join us for Sip & Press, a hands-on pressed flower workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful 8x10 pressed floral frame to take home.

And here’s the fun part… you can make a PRESSED FLOWER GHOST FRAME! 👻🌼

Yep. Flowers + ghosts. Apparently spooky can be pretty too. 😂

Choose your own style and create something completely your own — floral, fall-inspired, or give it a little Halloween personality. No experience needed. Just come ready to sip, eat, create and have some fun.

Our last Evening with Chef Rosie was an amazing SOLD-OUT event, so we’re doing it again — and this one comes with a story. ❤️👩‍🍳

On Tuesday, September 15, Chef Rosie is stepping away from the line and back into the spotlight to share two very special dishes:

🍗 Pollo en Nogada — the dish that helped change the course of Chef Rosie’s culinary career.

🌶️ Chile en Nogada — the traditional dish from Puebla, Mexico that inspired it all.

This isn’t just a cooking demo. Rosie will take you through the flavors, techniques, history and story behind the dishes — including how she took a Mexican classic and made it her own.

Wild-caught salmon, Napa cabbage crunch, fresh pico, pineapple salsa + a little jalapeño aioli sass, all tucked into warm corn tortillas with beans & rice.

Yeah… our fish tacos are kind of a big deal. And we’re not exactly shy about it. 😉
