In the first picture, you see a seller prepared for the purge! 🤣 The second picture shows a damaged firebox from burning real wood in a gas fireplace. This will be noted as a fire hazard and the inner panels must be replaced.

Moisture damage will occur when you rain gutters are installed incorrectly! Leaks will allow water into the attic and can cause damage to the rafter. Over time, they may crack from the pressure of the roof as shown above.
