We have an exciting opportunity to fundraise at a Worcester Railers game in December. This will include a table for donations & info, proceeds from chuck-a-puck, and an intermission showcase for the cheerleaders. Before we can commit to a date, we wanted to get a quick pulse check on who may be able to attend on either available date. A message from the Booster Board:

Dear booster parents,
In the spirit of transparency, we want to share all the exciting fundraising opportunities we have been working on in the background since we were honored to join the board a few months ago. We are in the process of coordinating a Parents Meeting soon with more information, but know there is a lot of urgency in getting some details out sooner than later.
Here are just some of the great things we have in the queue:
• Medium readings (11/2)
• Merch sale (11/1-11/9)
• Santa photo shoots (December)
• Morning Merriment at Valley Pub (Bloody Marys & Mimosas)
• Paint Nights (planning individually per team)
• Spirit Night at UrbanAir
• Good Stuff Smokehouse dinner night (and other local restaurants)
• Worcester Railers night
• Local business sponsorships
• Many canning opportunities
• And more!
As you may imagine, this is a lot for us 3 to tackle on our own, so we are interested in bringing on auxiliary board members, in the form of 1 representative from each full-year team, as well as opening up boosters to half-year families. We are keeping booster member registration open, so please urge any of your gym parent friends to join–the more, the merrier, and the more lucrative! Furthermore, if you are interested in representing your child’s team as an auxiliary board member, please reach out to Ryan, Courtney or Beatrice as soon as possible.
We are open to any and all ideas the greater boosters have for fundraisers and welcome all the help we can get. Let’s make this a great year together!

New England Cheer and Tumble (NECT) Booster Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting the athletic programs of the gym. It exists for the purpose of broadening the involvement of cheerleaders, parents & guardians, and the gym through support for all teams’ booster members at NECT.
The booster club works to achieve this through active participation of as many parents and supporters as possible and by working closely with the coaches, owners and administration of NECT as follows:
• To raise funds to assist cheerleader travel and competition costs.
• To foster and promote goodwill and team spirit.
• To support, promote, and maintain high standards of scholarship, integrity, and good sportsmanship in all activities.
• To promote and encourage cheerleader, and parent/guardian, participation in all activities, either as an active participant or as a volunteer assistant.
• To assist in holding down expenses by volunteering services.
