Friends, we need your help hitting a grand slam for one very special 5-year-old.

Blake from Neenah is outgoing, sports-obsessed, and happiest outside with his friends. Over the last year, though, his world has been hospital stays, scary procedures, and a brain tumor diagnosis.

When Blake learned he qualified for a wish with *Make-A-Wish Wisconsin*, he didn’t hesitate. He wants to take his whole family to *Walt Disney World® Resort* for a week of rollercoasters, ice cream for breakfast, and endless pool time. After everything they’ve been through, they deserve it.
