Great Big Graphics is hiring for a part-time position with flexible hours, potentially transitioning to full-time. This remote role involves monitoring and responding to emails and incoming phone calls regarding purchasing of large format graphics, commercial printing, and promotional marketing products. Building relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions will be key. Responsibilities also include entering quotes and jobs into our proprietary system, negotiating pricing with suppliers and managing purchase orders. Things are shaping up outside of Great Big Graphics headquarters in Menasha!

Quick story: Six months ago the world changed. I was worried how it was going to affect our business when I received an email from one of my vendors asking if we had clients that needed face masks, hand sanitizer and face shields. At first I was “No” we are a printing company. After sitting on this for a few days I made a few calls and months later we became a rather large suppler of PPE products. I guess the new word is we “pivoted”.

It's been a crazy 4 months for everyone. Back when this all started we circled the wagons and dug into our tool kit and found a way to help. Since then...we have sourced many millions of face masks to corporations all across the Midwest and Colorado. We have also been able to help many charities with PPE demands.
