Home Base supports youth experiencing housing insecurity or family instability by providing safety, stability, and the encouragement they need to move forward with confidence. π€β¨
π₯ Serving youth up to age 21 across Brown, Outagamie, Calumet, and Winnebago counties, Home Base offers confidential, voluntary, and noβcost services for young people navigating challenges related to running away, homelessness, and housing instability.
Through trusted support, basic needs assistance π§Ί, and connections to housing ποΈ and community resources π, Home Base helps youth take meaningful steps toward stability and independence.

Home Base is asking for help!
Something we don't often do, but as the need in our community continues to grow, so does the need for our program to grow with it. With that, Home Base is asking for monetary donations to help sustain our care package program, which supports youth and families experiencing financial hardships!π
