Now, more than ever, we rely on technology to manage our lives. From delivering goods, to communicating with family, to performing our daily work, maintaining devices and connections are vital to ensuring we can do what needs doing.

Hardly anyone hasn't heard of St. Jude in Memphis and the brilliant work they do finding cures for childhood cancers and saving countless lives. The St. Jude Memphis Marathon is one of their biggest fundraisers, and I'm running it in less than two weeks! If you could contribute (any amount), I would greatly appreciate your support.

Proper nouns no more!

The 'Internet' and 'Web' are brought low(er case) "Internet" and "Web", two proper nouns that have been the bane of copy editors everywhere, are set to lose a little...cultural capital.

How many old computers do you have sitting in storage "just in case" you need an old file or a backup machine? Let's be honest. If your.backup machine is more than seven years old, you're playing with fire. What's that? Your current machine is almost that old? Uh-oh. Let's talk about a solution.

Google Chrome user? Great! Google Chrome user on Windows XP? Not so great, as you have likely been informed via Chrome's last update. Microsoft ended support for XP quite a while ago, meaning no longer will they send out system updates, and your system could become unstable. Chances are, your hardware is of the same vintage as XP, and in my book that reads "trouble".
