Our very own Megan Glenn, Digital Brand Manager, was recently honored by the Germantown Municipal Council PTO with a STAR Award for dedicating her time, talent, and resources to Dogwood Elementary. GMC PTO Excellence Awards are given to volunteers annually in gratitude for their commitment to the students, the community and the schools In Germantown. We love getting the whole gang together to start the year off strong! The 2026 edition of Hemline Huddle was a fun-filled day of creativity, collaboration and some cut-throat gamesmanship. This is always a special day that reminds us WHY we work so well together and how every one of us is uniquely valuable, making Hemline shine bright in every way.

Congratulations to all the winners who were honored Saturday night for their Actual Intelligence (AI) at the AAF Memphis American Advertising Awards!

We are so proud of Derikah Scott, Art Director, who won the Mosaic Champion Award, which recognizes a professional annually who has relentlessly gone above and beyond supporting diversity, equity, & inclusion within the industry. It was her “A Day For All Women” campaign that also won GOLD and BEST of SELF-PROMOTION for Hemline.

We also want to recognize Dr. Sandra Utt, who received the Silver Medal Award, and who taught over 600 advertising students during her career at the University of Memphis, including some of our Hemliners.

As an all-female, minority-owned agency, our commitment to amplifying diverse voices and perspectives is at the core of who we are. Kamala Harris’ courage and determination continues to open doors for all of us. In honor of the Black women who have paved the way, tag someone who inspires you to keep going.

Just before the snow hit on Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting two seniors for St. Mary's Episcopal School Career Connect Day! We loved introducing them to Hemline, sharing how we develop creative solutions to serve our clients and teaching them about the marketing and advertising industry as a whole. Amirah and Molly are destined for great things!
