Take your musicianship to the next level this summer at MYSP Summer Performance Lab! Students will spend the week working closely with an incredible faculty of professional musicians, university professors, and experienced educators through:

Designed for intermediate and advanced musicians, Summer Performance Lab provides a week of focused instruction, collaboration, and musical growth.

Lots of fun and music-making at Camp Crescendo today! 🎶☀️

A special thank you to our guest teachers and performers: Roberta dos Santos, who led a fun and creative afternoon music activity, and MYSP musicians Levi Lei and Devi Weber, who shared their beautiful music with our campers.

Students were also treated to a special performance by Ms. Yonitte, complete with a few dancing butterflies in the audience! 🦋

We love seeing our campers listen, create, move, and be inspired by musicians in our MYSP community! We can't wait to hear their final performance tomorrow!

Today, many campers experienced their very first masterclass! We were so impressed by their confidence, musicality, and enthusiasm!

How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Four Memphis-area teens know. Four Memphis Youth Symphony members have been selected for Carnegie Hall’s national music programs, which will take them to New York and beyond.

Today is the final day to register for MYSP’s Camp Crescendo! 🎻🎶☀️

Camp Crescendo is a week-long summer program for string players ages 7–12. Students will spend the week building their skills, playing music with others, and connecting with other young musicians in the MYSP community.

Throughout the week, students will participate in string ensemble rehearsals, sectionals, technique classes, creative activities, and more while working with MYSP conductors, instructors, and student mentors.
