Well, I can’t post on the Arlington page anymore, so I hope this gets to people who live here. We are open for lunch and dinner every Monday so come check us out for a plate lunch or your favorite sandwich. We have the Memphis Reuben, the chicken avocado club, the muffaletta melt, and the new meatloaf melt. We are a whole clean food restaurant. All of our bread is made from a sourdough starter that is 235 years old. We brined and smoke our own meat, we make our dressings and pickles, and even our sauerkraut. It is clean whole food made with care, love, and skill.

It’s Friday. We have our famous pot roast, fried catfish, blackened catfish and grits with creole ham gravy. Y’all are sleeping on the Memphis Hot Chicken sandwich and if you haven’t tried the muffaletta melt, you’re definitely missing out.

It’s just come to my attention that today is national burger day. To celebrate, the Arlington location will be selling our classic burger or Memphis barbecue burger with one side for $9 for as long as I have burgers. I only have 30 so don’t wait.

I’ll bet there are 30 to 40,000 people within six or 7 miles of Chef Jeff that have no idea who we are. Our Memphis location serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
