Sometimes insecurity will have you questioning your own beauty because of how people treated you.

But healing taught me this: the way people mishandled me was never a reflection of my worth.

I survived being loved wrong, talked to wrong, and treated less than I deserved… and somehow I still remained soft enough to help others heal too. That takes strength.

No, my life isn’t perfect.
It’s not easy.
And every day isn’t mind-blowing.

But one thing about me?
I’m still beautiful.
Still intentional.
Still evolving.
Still walking in purpose.

So on this Thankful Thursday, I’m thankful that I stopped allowing broken people to define how I see myself.

I was fine then.
And I’m still fine as f**k now. ✨
