What an inspiring day at Knowledge Quest! Today, we proudly hosted the Kresge Foundation Human Services Cohort Financial Sustainability Planning In-Person Convening.

The room was filled with dedicated leaders committed to strengthening their organizations, sharing best practices, and building sustainable futures for the communities they serve. Collaboration, innovation, and impact were at the center of every conversation.

Thank you to The Kresge Foundation, Evan James and all cohort participants for making this convening a success. Together, we’re building stronger organizations and stronger communities.

Today our 1st graders participated in a special Friendship Pie activity, mixing together the ingredients that make great friendships—kindness, respect, teamwork, sharing, and lots of smiles! 🥧❤️

Through this fun and interactive lesson, students learned the importance of being a good friend and how small acts of kindness can help build a strong classroom community.

We are proud of our young learners for showing what friendship looks like every day!

Yoga session this morning with Prek. It was an opportunity to stretch, breathe, and reset before a busy day ahead. Grateful for moments that nurture both body and mind.

Friendship was in full bloom with our 1st grade campers! 💕✨

Students created Friendship Jars and Friendship Hands, celebrating kindness, teamwork, and the special connections they are building this summer. Through creativity and collaboration, they learned that friendship grows when we share, support, and encourage one another.

Today, our campers were excited to welcome Ms. RJ Morgan of Journey Land! 📚🦉

Journey Land is a story-driven character education program designed to help students develop core character attributes through engaging storytelling, guided reflection, and practical application.

Today’s lesson focused on Honesty and featured the beloved Honesty Owl! 🦉 Through social-emotional learning activities and interactive stories, campers explored the importance of telling the truth, building trust, and making responsible choices.
