We don’t just feed paper through a scanner and call it done.
Every document that comes through our archiving process gets previewed first — our team checks the image, adjusts contrast and brightness, and makes sure every line, note, and stamp actually shows up before it’s saved. For construction drawings especially, that’s the difference between a usable digital record and a scan nobody can actually read 10 years from now.
Here’s the thing about paper: it doesn’t hold still. Old surveys and drawings fade, yellow, and lose detail every year they sit in storage. If they’re not scanned right today, that information is gone for good — there’s no fixing a bad scan of a document that’s degraded further since.
We treat every page like it’s the only chance to get it right. That’s what proper archiving looks like.

This weekend, we were honored to continue supporting the Shelby County Veteran’s Court Foundation by providing in-kind printing and event signage for their annual poker tournament fundraiser.
This marks the third consecutive year we’ve been proud to support this event and the Foundation’s mission of serving veterans in our community.
The tournament brought together supporters, sponsors, and community members to help raise funds for an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of local veterans.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in supporting the Shelby County Veteran’s Court Foundation and the important work they do throughout the year.

We were proud to support this year’s Buildopoly Tournament: Design Build Classic in partnership with West TN Chapter of ABC West Tennessee Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and AIA Memphis .
Our team had the privilege of serving on the tournament committee, helping bring the event to life through custom signage, themed game elements, and sponsorship support. From event branding to hole signage, it was a great opportunity to showcase how thoughtful visual communication can enhance the attendee experience while supporting a meaningful cause.
Most importantly, the tournament was a tremendous success! Raising $20,000 for ABC and $20,000 for AIA to help advance their missions, programs, and organizational goals within the construction and design communities.
