We have two new Self-Defense Cohorts that are starting soon. One starts on Wednesday Jan 11th at 6pm and the other Tuesday Jan 17th at 6pm. Come Join us and start to build your defense to live more safely.

Have 2 new students tonight and speaking at a Domestic Violence conference tomorrow talking about self defense.

I will be participating in this conference leading 4 breakout session on self-defense in the context of domestic violence. Its free and lunch is included. Anyone is welcome, men and women. If this is a subject that is close to your heart, make plans to attend.

This week our first 4 week "Basics" class graduates. Congratulations to everyone.

If you don't have a lot of time but want a class where we learn some "basic" techniques and strategies to stay safe then this is the class for you.

This is a great start to learning more about self defense and developing a plan to staying safe.

4:30-5:30: Karate
5:30-6:00: Sparring
5:30-6:30: Tai Chi
6:00-8:00: Karate (2 hr class)
7:00-8:00: Karate
7:00-8:00: Kuzishi Te (Okinawan Karate)
8:00-8:30: Sparring

Our first class started last night but we have a new class starting on the 13th. Come join us and learn to live safer.
