WHO DAT! Chef has come up with some of Most Frickin Delicious Dishes - the Chili Crab Udon and the Dirty Fried Rice being two of our most popular menu items.
Thinking about fall and the cooler temperatures we’ve had lately, she rocked out this beautiful Grilled Napa Cabbage with miso, nori and fried garlic.

This week the frickin’ Merlin of Mezcal came up with a coffee based cocktail menu that really speaks to his years of experience as both a bartender and a barista. It’s incredibly thoughtful and creative, and I think it’s his best menu yet.
We’ll also have up there slinging temaki (hand rolls) til 1 am.
We’re doing this every weekend.

Folks often ask us ‘Y’all, what is that dang ‘ol gigantic wooden bowl at the end of the sushi bar?’ And we say, well, y’all, it’s a dang ‘ol hangiri!’ A hangiri is used to cool sushi rice. The wood soaks up excess moisture from the rice as we add shari zu, a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and mirin, for the perfect fluffy, sticky rice.
