A few moments from the work being put in this summer.
Small group. High standards. Intentional training.
We’re proud of the work being done and excited to see where this journey takes them over the next several weeks.

There are a lot of people who help shape a player’s journey, but dads often carry a piece of that story that goes unseen.
The early mornings.
The long drives.
The conversations after games.
The encouragement after tough days.
The belief they continue to have, even when their child doesn’t see it in themselves.
To all the dads who have sacrificed their time, energy, and love to support their children’s dreams…thank you.
Your impact reaches further than you know.
Happy Father’s Day from all of us at MAGIS. ❤️
Father’s Day is around the corner…
Some are coaches.
Some are motivators.
Some are convinced they should be coaching.
No matter what, we’re grateful for all the dads who show up, support, encourage, and make this journey possible.

Back in April of this year, Elizabeth Jones turned one year of consistent training in MAGIS!
We are extremely proud of Elizabeth’s growth both on and off the field during her time with us. Not only has Elizabeth done a great job during our training sessions, but she was also part of the first MAGIS FC team that won the MFI tournament in February of this year...
Keep working hard, Elizabeth!
Always More.
Talent opens doors. What you do with your summer often determines how far you walk through them.
The summer months have a way of separating players who simply participate from players who intentionally invest in their development.
We’re excited to see where this process takes our players in our High Level Group training.
If Summer Camp #1 taught us anything, it’s that some of the best memories are made on the field.
And the good news? We’re not done yet.
Summer Camp #2 is coming July 13–15, and we can’t wait to do it all over again. 👀
More details coming soon.

At MAGIS, soccer is just a vehicle for a deeper impact. We talk a lot about growth, giving, character, discipline, caring (but deeply), and doing things the right way. Those values don’t stop when training ends. They show up in classrooms, in leadership opportunities, in service to others, and in the way these players carry themselves every day.
Congratulations to:
👏 Graeme McCarty — Straight A’s and recipient of the 6th Grade Citizenship Award, recognizing outstanding citizenship, service, and character.
👏 Caroline Olsen — Inducted into the National Junior Honor Society and selected for publication in The Anthology of Poetry for Young Americans.
👏 Carson Wynn — Awarded the 95+ Club for earning a 95 or higher average in every subject throughout 5th grade.
👏 Charlotte Hess — Recipient of the Palmer Adams Burt Art Award at St. Mary’s.
👏 Elise Fang — Top Scholar at Houston Middle (6th–8th grades), and Top Soccer Volunteer.
👏 Elle Weathersby — Recipient of the St. Lawrence University Book Award and inducted into the National Honor Society.
👏 Emery Smith — Member of the Sara Frey History Society, National Science Honor Society, National Honor Society, and the 30+ Club for scoring above a 30 on the ACT.
👏 Hudson Little — Recognized with 2nd Honors in Civics, Geography, and English, Beta Club President, inducted into the National Beta Club, and earned the President’s List with an All A GPA.
The trophies and medals are great, but the kind of people you’re becoming matters even more.
Keep pursuing excellence because the more we learn, the more we have to offer, and the more we have to offer, the more we can give to others...
Always More

Summer Camp #1 in the books. ⚽🔥
Three days of learning, competing, getting better, and taking care of the things that don’t require a skill...
We wrapped up our June Camp with our MAGIS World Cup. Some people say it is the best tournament in the world! 😉
Congratulations to Ellis Shelton for being named MAGIS Player of the Camp, our most important recognition. We present this award to the player who embodies the MAGIS values throughout the camp.
Ellis arrived early every single day and said good morning. After a water break, he was always the first one back in the group, standing in the middle and looking at the coach’s eyes. He answered every single question we asked and, most importantly, had an over-the-top energy throughout the 3 days (even with the heat), lifted his teammates up, and never stopped working.
A huge thank you to all the players and families who trusted us with their time this week. The energy, effort, and attitude from this group made it a camp to remember.
We loved every minute of it...
Now it’s time to start getting excited for Summer Camp #2 in July. 👀
More details coming soon!

Day 1 ✅
We kicked off summer camp today, and what a great start it was.
The day started with players meeting the coaches, getting to know each other, and learning what MAGIS is all about. We talked about the importance of our values, the standards we hold ourselves to, and what we hope each player takes away from these next few days.
Then it was time to get to work.
Warm-ups with Coach Carlos, ice breakers, agility work, technical training, shooting, and plenty of energy from the group all morning long.
It was a hot one, but the players showed up ready to learn, compete, and have fun.
We’re excited about this group and ready for Day 2 tomorrow. 🔥⚽
