Elisa joins MFA with more than 15 years of international experience leading high-profile projects across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her impressive portfolio includes work on Amazon HQ2, UMass Chan Medical School, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, the $1.6 billion Inspire Integrated Resort, and the $1.5 billion Oakridge Centre Redevelopment, among many others.

Her global perspective, technical expertise, and proven leadership on large-scale programs will be invaluable as MFA continues to grow and serve clients across the country.

We’re excited to have Patrick join MFA Program Management as Senior Project Manager at FedExForum, where he will help lead and oversee ongoing modernization efforts.

His experience in complex project delivery and coordination makes him a strong addition as we continue supporting one of Memphis’ most impactful venues.

Last night, the MFA team attended the American Heart Association’s Hard Hats with Heart event - an inspiring evening bringing together leaders across the construction and development community to make a real impact.

We’re especially proud to celebrate our own Alan Barner, who has served as the 2025–2026 Chairman. His leadership and commitment to this mission continue to make a difference both in our industry and beyond.

Please join us in welcoming Stewart Vaughn to the MFA team as our new Chief Financial Officer! Stewart will help lead the MFA’s financial strategy and provide oversight across our projects, supporting strong financial management as MFA continues to grow. MFA was proud to attend the Annual Business & Industry Luncheon with Carnival Memphis, where this year’s event celebrated and honored the Architectural Profession.

We were especially proud to see two of our own recognized — Tom Marshall (O.T. Marshall Architects) honored for his contributions to the field, and Scott Fleming (4F Design), recipient of the President’s Award. Both recognitions highlight years of dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership that have helped shape the built environment and strengthen our local community.
