Estimator / Coordinator
Estimating, drafting or sales experience a plus
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepare quotes for Metal Buildings using Metal Building Software and mini-storage buildings using proprietary software
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications as well as verbal instructions from customers
• Meet multiple project quote deadlines
• Interact with customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Metal Building construction knowledge and experience preferred
• Experience Metal Building Software (MBS) preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
