Allworld Project Management
Allworld Project Management, LLC (AWPM) is a professional service firm launched in 2010 and based in the Memphis, TN area.
Allworld Project Management provides a full range of project and program management services from conception to completion.
At Allworld, we take pride in delivering solutions that strengthen communities and improve quality of life. Our team supports the Memphis Stormwater Quality and Quantity (MSQ2) Program, a major initiative focused on reducing flood risk and protecting critical infrastructure across the City of Memphis.
Under the leadership of Program Manager Dwan Gilliom, this effort is turning strategy into action! With extensive public works experience and a commitment to excellence, Dwan and his team of engineers and project managers are helping deliver sustainable solutions that will benefit Memphis for generations to come.
This is more than project management. It is leadership, partnership, and progress in action!
At Allworld, we don’t just manage projects, we help build the blueprint for what’s next! And every successful project begins with precision in the field.
Our Land Surveying Team, led by Vice President Ken Francis, is often the very first boots on the ground providing the accurate data, boundary solutions, and topographic insight that Developers and Engineering Teams depend on to move projects forward with confidence.
Before the first yard of concrete is poured, before utilities are installed, before schedules and budgets are finalized, SURVEY MATTERS.
At Allworld, precision is not a department; It’s part of our culture. If your next project requires trusted surveying expertise, responsive project support, and a team that understands the urgency of construction and development timelines, let’s connect!
Allworld continues to advance the future of water resources and infrastructure. Guided by our Vice President of Water Resources, Josh Grabowski, we are committed to delivering sustainable projects, strengthening partnerships, and driving innovation that support long-term growth.
At Allworld, strong technology leadership powers how we work, protect our systems, and innovate for the future. Under the guidance of our Chief Information Officer, Wendy Harris, we’re transforming information into impact by driving smarter decisions, stronger security, and scalable growth across the organization.

This week, Allworld employees and volunteers came together at Midtown Compass High School to renovate and refresh several areas across the campus in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. From painting and organizing to cleaning and improving shared spaces, our team was proud to roll up their sleeves and invest in a school that pours so much into its students.
Each year, Allworld commits to serving our community on MLK Day as a way to honor and remember Dr. King’s legacy of service, unity, and positive change. Giving back isn’t just something we do—it's part of who we are.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy. Together, we’re helping create brighter, more welcoming spaces for students to learn, grow, and succeed.
