Even though I wrote this book, I find it hard to not keep going back to it to read because the gems inside are truly amazing and it's easy to get beside yourself and forget how great God intended for you to be. We will all get off track every once in awhile. The key is to have resources available that you are willing to access to keep you reminded how important your goals are and how possible accomplishing them really is. If you fall, get back up. If it hurts, know that pain don't last forever. If you're tired, take necessary time to rest then hit reset and go again. But the most important thing to make a habit of doing is continuing to assassinate the excuses because they are pointless. You are here on purpose. Now live up to just that...Your purpose.
