I had so much fun creating this kitty cat birthday cake! White cake with strawberry frosting. Thank you Deborah Bilsky for the opportunity!

Dreamy chocolate cake, filled with fluffy chocolate mousse and covered with a dark chocolate ganache. Finished with a marbled concrete fondant. Hand painted with edible watercolors and edible wafer paper tulips. I just can’t help myself. I do it all and I love it. This cake came in at a whopping 18 inches tall and was worth every single inch 😁. The customer loved it and I’m told even non chocolate lovers found it delightfully delicious. If you want it, I can make it.
