The G.O.A.T. (in my book anyway) LEMON 🍋 BARS. This has been my favorite dessert for a long long time. When my fav gf Chef posted her version of these, I could not resist. So, here are the GF Lemon Bars.

Is there anything better than Rice Krispy Treats? Yes, healthier versions that are just as good. Instead of marshmallow, honey, peanut butter, and coconut oil hold these together & topped with some dark chocolate, these are honestly just as delectable! 😋

Red Velvet Cupcakes 🧁 Ok, these will forevermore be on my Valentine’s menu!
Funny enough, I assumed I had red food coloring & lo & behold, I had every color EXCEPT red but thanks to my beet obsession, I had those on hand & was able to use that!
NGL these were SENSATIONAL & I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had red velvet before (since being 100% GF)
🚨 NEW FAVORITE 🚨.

GF Milano cookies! These sly little devils are incredible! Pepperidge Farm betta watch out! I’ll be making these again….and again…and again! Filled these w Nutella instead of a ganache so have to go back and experiment on some other filling flavors. 🤤

White Chocolate Coconut Bundt cake. This is (wo a doubt) one of the most delicious things that has ever gone in my mouth! If you like coconut 🥥 this is a must try!

Apple Pie Cake. (I did mention I love apples right?!) I guess the third times the charm w this cake. As you’ll see in pics 4-6, they’re not all great. I found a Swedish Apple Pie Cake recipe on FB & tried it right away. FAIL 1. Found a similar recipe a couple weeks later w half the amount of sugar, it was better but stuck to my (v well greased) Bundt pan. FAILish 2. Finally, found another variation and happy to say SUCCESS! Glad I finally found won that worked, will def make this again!

Apple Oat Muffins. Love my apples anytime, I’m almost any way!

If I’m honest, these were ok but not bad. They did the job tho!

Dark chocolate 🍫caramel pretzel 🥨 cookies 🍪
This cookie basically covers everything! Salty & sweet! Here for it! 🙌

KUGEL. It may not technically be a baked good but it is sweet! A traditional noodle dish that is good for any meal! Made with gluten free egg noodles & it came out surprisingly well!

Is there such thing as too much pumpkin 🎃? I say NO! PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS. Man, I just love fall 🍁

PUMPKIN + DARK CHOCOLATE = the BEST muffins! I was apprehensive at first but the marriage between pumpkin & dark chocolate together in equal parts makes for a most satisfying edible experience!
