This scripture teaches us that what we build matters, but what we build on matters even more!
A strong life isn’t built on control.
It’s not built on fear.
And it’s not built on anxiety about what might happen next.
It’s built on wisdom.
And true wisdom begins with trusting God!
This week let’s ask ourselves:
What am I building right now? And is God the foundation… or am I trying to carry it all on my own?

Hey SoulFood family, here’s our scripture for the week!
Psalm 90:1 reminds us that God has been our dwelling place in every generation.
Not just when life felt certain.
Not just when faith felt strong.
If you’ve been trying to believe again, start here…
He has always been steady.
Some of us never stopped believing, we just got tired of feeling alone.
SoulFood is for people who love God and want real community, real conversations, and a faith that fits real life.

God gives new songs in seasons of renewal….songs that rebuild trust, restore hearts, and remind us we’re not walking alone. As we learn to trust Him more deeply, our stories become an invitation for others to see, hear, and believe again.
