Art won! (Threepeat!) city of Melbourne’s Planning & Zoning Board showed their support and upheld the smarts of the architectural review experts, letting our arts district... look like an arts district. Huge thanks to Matt Gondek for flying in. All the email writers, speakers, sign holders, juju peddlers.... extra especially to the Stivers for tripling down on their EGAD investment and hiring a lawyer to fight the important fight.
