Downward-Facing Dog is one of yoga’s most recognized poses, and for good reason. It strengthens and lengthens many parts of the body, and shows up throughout many styles of practice. It serves as a resting pose for many of us while still enhancing mobility, endurance and balance.

Join us for two mornings of movement, creativity and fun! Designed for children ages 3-5, this playful camp will introduce yoga through imaginative adventures, music, stories, crafts and dance. Children must be fully potty trained to attend. Parents are welcome to stay and participate or drop off. Please bring a snack, water bottle and a yoga mat. Registration is required as there are limited spaces.

Have you ever wondered what our Animal Flow class is all about?

Animal Flow uses quadrupedal movements to build strength, agility and resilience. During the class, we will learn some basics and put them together into flows. Animal flow is a fun and challenging way to work your body and your mind.

This is a pop-up and not a workshop so you can use your membership or pay a drop in fee, but don’t delay! The class size is limited to 10. Whether you have taken one of Ben’s classes previously or are new to Animal Flow, this class is for you!
