• Coordinate with pharmacy and clinical teams
• Ensure admixture areas are clean, organized, and inspection-ready

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Florida Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern registration required
• Knowledge of computer systems, EMR technology, and sterile compounding practices
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols

In this role, you’ll help ensure patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout every stage of their office visit while supporting providers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
• Complete patient intake, assessments, and medication verification
• Perform testing, specimen collection, and medication administration
• Prepare patients and clinical records for provider visits
• Communicate results and coordinate follow-up care
• Support patient flow, compliance, and daily office operations

Qualifications:
• Technical Diploma in Medical Assisting required
• CMA or RMA certification required
• AHA BLS certification required prior to start date
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
