I am at the West Melbourne community fair today, if you are in the area come and say hi!

I would like to talk to the men. I hear so many demands and criticism on men but I’m not hearing much communication with them. I am not seeing resources for men like there are for women. We tell them to go to men’s circles to get manly. And we have women’s circles. But we women are born with the art of gathering amongst us. I was thinking instead of having separate women’s circle and men’s circle that we should have a humen circle where we can facilitate communication between men and women, where we can safely express to each other. I am looking for feedback!

Transformative Wellness Options is transforming! Instead of focusing mostly on physical birth, I will be focusing on personal rebirth and stress relief. I am available locally in Brevard county, Florida for massage, sound healing and hypnotherapy and soon will be offering coaching to help with female pelvic floor related issues. This will be available through video sessions. Currently I have free sessions available as part of my training. Happy Native American Heritage Day! I am so grateful for all the indigenous people and my Hungarian ancestors and all the people that are practicing today and all that have kept the ancient traditions alive, the ways of connecting within and respecting and communing with nature and each other.
