You cannot regulate a child while you’re dysregulated yourself.
That’s not guilt. That’s biology.
Regulation is contagious and so is chaos. The work starts with you.
My son understands that my calm moments are the most serious. When I place my hand over my heart, he knows it’s time for a heartfelt discussion, not a shout. He can even predict his own consequences! It’s all about different parenting styles!
Happy Father's Day to all the incredible dads out there who always show up for their kids and help them become the best versions of themselves! 🦸♂️👨👧👦 Thank you for all that you do, you are true superheroes in our eyes. 🎉👏🙌
It's easy to overlook that asking our kids to help with chores can teach them valuable life skills! 🌈 By contributing to household tasks, they learn ownership and responsibility, which benefits the entire family. Let's instill these skills! 💖

It’s about slowing down long enough to recognize the patterns, challenges, and beliefs that may no longer be serving you, and having someone beside you who can guide you with both honesty and compassion.
