FITV brings Florida Tech students the best of custom content and big budget movies in the comfort of their own home. to 7:00 p.m.
Florida Tech Video Productions, as it is so aptly named, is Florida Tech's own TV station and video production house. We got started in the late 80's as simply a Friday night live news show in the campus auditorium (Gleason Performing Arts Center) and broadened our scope as VHS cameras, fondly known as 'shoulder mounted bazookas' became both popular and affordable. As the crew quickly gained support for their crazy antics with a video camera, we grew into what we are now--a school-wide film production house for all clubs and campus groups. After recovering from Hurricane Fay in 2008, we upped the ante by bringing in new equipment, new faces, and new ambitions. Our weekly meetings take place from 5:00 p.m. every Wednesday in the FITV Studio behind Grissom Hall

FITV extends a huge thank you to everyone who participated, attended, and volunteered our 6th Annual FITV Film Festival. We had a great time hosting this event and hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did. Safe to say we will definitely be bringing this back next year! 🍿

❗️A Glimpse into HOCO 2023❗️
All this week, we’re planning on releasing highlight reels of the best moments from each Homecoming event two weeks ago! Stay tuned and make sure to check out each reel as some clips will be featured in the full HOCO 2023 recap video that will be released towards the end of this week/beginning of next week. We also have a separate “concert doc” featuring 🅰️1️⃣ footage we took of Saint Motel.
