🚨NEW SCHEDULE IN 10 DAYS🚨

On Monday, September 28, we will start a BRAND NEW schedule.

We aim to ensure any of our students' needs can be met: Kids, adults, teens, whether you're a competitor or hobbyist, beginner or high level athlete, or training Judo, Jiu Jitsu, boxing, MMA or weightlifting -- there's something here for YOU.

We've moved our evening classes up a bit, which now gives each class more of our huge mat space. We've also added a lunch class on Fridays.

We are blessed to have to make changes to accommodate our rapid growth!

Women's class is NO GI tonight!

🚨NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT: WHITE BELT BASICS🚨

If you've been thinking about starting jiu jitsu, but are nervous to get started, we are stoked to announce the perfect on-ramp for your new favorite sport: WHITE BELT BASICS!

Monday-Thursday at 530pm, we now have a fundamentals class for all new white belts, led by black belt Dave Heinrich, and brown belt Juan Arellano!

Even if you've been training with us for a short while, we encourage you to come to this class -- there will absolutely be something there to help you grow in your fundamental movements.

Women's class is in the gi tonight!!
