Ever held a component so precisely machined and minuscule that it practically disappears in your palm—yet you can still see every line and print of your hand beneath it? 😲
That’s the magic of our tiny Swiss-turned parts. These bad boys are engineered with micron-level accuracy for industries like aerospace, medical devices, and high-tech electronics. We’re talking diameters under 1mm. This part has a .47mm steam with a 1mm head that is only .25mm long and holding .12mm out of the subspindle.
Why Swiss turning? It allows for complex geometries in one setup, reducing waste and boosting efficiency in your prototypes or production runs.
If you’re tackling a project that needs ultra-miniature precision, let’s connect! Drop a comment or DM me—I’ve got samples ready to ship.
