We’re seeking an experienced Health Insurance Account Manager to manage client relationships, benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships
Coordinate enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
Resolve billing, claims, and eligibility issues
Work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of health insurance or employee benefits experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail.

The insurance category looks a little different this year, with Vogt Insurance Partners and Kasey Osman both receiving the honor. While Best of Brevard doesn’t break insurance into separate categories, our specialties are completely different. Kasey serves the Property & Casualty space, while VIP focuses on Health Insurance and Employee Benefits.
So we’ll happily share the title while representing two very different sides of insurance.
