A senior secured mortgage originated in October 2022, cross-collateralized by multiple industrial properties in Lompoc, CA, was paid off in full earlier this week, exactly the type of ex*****on our strategy is built to deliver.

• Senior secured mortgage backed by three operating industrial facilities and a 38-acre industrial parcel
• Conservative underwriting
• Approximately 55% day-one LTV after interest reserves
• Short-duration structure with meaningful downside protection
• A well-capitalized borrower supported by institutional equity sponsors
